Her ultimate goal is to teach fitness as a ministry, aimed at promoting and helping others understand how to incorporate Christian principles to attain “Total Fitness”, as referenced in III John 2 “I pray that you prosper and be in good health, just as your soul prospers“, thereby fostering a healthier lifestyle spiritually, mentally, and physically.
Her ambition has motivated her to share her journey with others as a Minister of Fitness, Author, Motivational Speaker, and Fitness Model. With more than two decades of experience in spiritualizing her exercising, Linda brings a spirit-filled enthusiasm and dedication that shines as an attribute to her commitment to Stay Faithfully Fit because of her love for God, His people, and His Kingdom.
